Job Overview: We are seeking a proactive, organized, and dedicated Personal Assistant to support our [Founder/CEO Carichcard Durandisse, playing a pivotal role in streamlining their day-to-day activities and enhancing productivity. The ideal candidate will be a highly efficient multitasker with excellent communication skills and a keen eye for detail.


  • Manage and maintain the [Founder/CEOCarichcard Durandisse’s daily schedule, coordinating appointments, meetings, and travel arrangements.
  • Act as the primary point of contact between the [Founder/CEOCarichcard Durandisse and internal/external stakeholders, demonstrating professionalism and discretion in all interactions.
  • Prepare and organize documents, presentations, and reports, ensuring accuracy and attention to detail.
  • Conduct research and compile information on various topics as requested.
  • Handle incoming calls, emails, and messages promptly and efficiently, prioritizing urgent matters.
  • Assist in planning and organizing company events, meetings, and conferences.
  • Process expenses and maintain financial records with confidentiality.
  • Perform general administrative tasks, including filing, photocopying, and maintaining office supplies.


  • Proven experience as a Personal Assistant, Executive Assistant, or in a similar role.
  • Exceptional organizational skills and ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with a strong command of English.
  • High level of integrity and ability to handle confidential and sensitive information with discretion.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and other relevant software.
  • Strong problem-solving abilities and a proactive approach to resolving issues.
  • A positive attitude, adaptability, and a willingness to go the extra mile.
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent qualification is preferred but not mandatory.
